How We Deal With Trouble

How we deal with trouble is extraordinarily complicated, because of the many reasons why someone can hit troubled times in business. We have a multistep process for analyzing a business in trouble. Here is that list

1. Introduction: We need to figure out who you are, what your products or services do, how good you are at them, how much you believe in them, and how much you believe in yourself. 

2. Foundations testing: Ascension Advertising will then ask questions on what you have in place currently as the foundations of your business, and investigate any weak points we believe need to be addressed. We will ask question about how you market, who you market to, and why. We will ask you questions about how you got yourself into your conundrum, and what you think you need to do about it. We will figure out what foundational pieces of business you are missing.

3. Analyzation of data: We then take that information, and we review it for a few days. We will look at the big picture, analyze weak points, figure out who you need to be talking to/ if it is us you need to be talking to, and get back to you with some ideas.
